0 Tick Basics - Instant Repeaters, Basic 0 Tick Gens

This video is a brief overview of some of the basics of 0 tick stuff. Instant repeaters are basically repeaters with no delay, and 0 tick gens are things that generate 0 tick pulses that sticky pistons can use. Some are instant some are not.
