0058: 12-bit Instructions | 16-Bit Computer From Scratch

* Description* This video expands the instruction word from 8-bits to 12-bits. This change eliminates the direct main-bus assert logic and moves that control into the control logic EEPROM. At the same time, I start testing the custom EEPROM replacement in-circuit.
