this dynamo script is used to make dimensions for all elements in the view, every dimension will be between the element and the nearest generic annotation,
the elements in the slab or ceiling will have two dimensions (X and Y ) to specify their location, but the elements in the wall will have only one dimension ( X or Y) to specify their location.
