The rooms have Gentex 9123 smoke alarms w/ sounders that are tied into the 4020 so that the panel activates when the smoke alarms do. The rooms also have remote strobes in them. Despite being an addressable system, the initiating devices in the common areas are actually conventional and set up in a zoned manner. This place had several issues that need to be corrected in the future, but luckily nothing signal-related.
