didnt need to eat that 1/2 pizza. that was the only time i ate. can just use blood burst melees and remove range gear . no flicking done throughout caves cuz im too lazy. not sure if i used eagle eye but you could just remove 6 pizzas for 6 more ppots. with spawn prediction plugin you should take minimal dmg.
