1-nitronaphthalene : Organic synthesis

Hello friends , in this video we will be synthesising 1-nitronaphthalene from mothballs (naphthalene) This video will be a little special because I will be giving a continuous walkthrough on a previous attempt of the same synthesis which turned out to be a failure. This method was adapted from SM forums written by magpie , adapted from Vogel's textbook of practical organic chemistry Chemicals required 1. Naphthalene : 20g 2.
