In this first tutorial of the series, you'll learn what Claude Code is, how it works under the hood, what it can (and can't) do, and the real-world tasks where it actually saves you time. We walk through five quick demos: generating code from a prompt, explaining unfamiliar code, finding bugs, converting between languages, and refactoring messy functions.
