Each interval: - First 30 seconds: Easy pace - Seconds 31-50: Push harder - Seconds 51-60: Max effort Move directly to the next exercise without resting. Complete 3 rounds, with 60 seconds of rest between rounds. Exercises: - Dead Stop KB Swing → One-Arm KB Swing OR KB Snatch (last 20/10 sec) - Push-Ups (increase difficulty as you go) PART 2: Strength and Mobility Circuit - Same interval setup. Complete 3 rounds.
