Undertaking a Role Assessment is the first step for a business in assessing IR35 status, allowing the role to be advertised as inside or outside IR35 and with downloadable evidence should HMRC look into how the decision was arrived at. Roles must contain a pre-setup 'Insurance Package' before being able to start the assessment - ensuring further down the line that all contractors are automatically and proactively monitored as to if they hold the required business insurances such as Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and IR35 Insurance!
