From most of my other improvisations it should be quite evident that I am all about tension and resolve. In this exercise, I am playing over a simple C-7 to F7 vamp (with occasional G7alt turnaround) to demonstrate how to create an interesting improvisation by varying motifs, phrasing and rhythms, and at all times trying to create tension that leads to resolution. I hope this helps you in your improvisation techniques.
