10m Dragging Chain Test Procedure

1、Strip off each sample’s outer jacket of the tail ends by 40mm to 50mm and the insulation by 20mm； 2、Connect all insulated core wires in a series circuit and into a single line； 3、The core wires at both ends should be connected in a series circuit and soldered by soldering； 4、In order to prevent the joints from oxidizing and the structural parts from contacting each other, use insulating tape to wrap the joints； 5、Measure and record the initial resistance value； 6、Place the sample in the dragging chain machine as required； 7、Use cable ties to fix the sample on the drag chain. And in order to avoid unevenness, each cable is required to be consistent in terms of position； 8、Install the dragging chain with the sample on the machine； 9、Set the running times and turn on the machine, so that the dragging chain machine can run normally as required； 10、After reaching the preset running times of dragging chains, electrical and transmission performances of cable samples should be tested respectively。
