Sometimes, with minimal controls, maximum effect can be had. The Kodex Audio (formerly Ground FX) Lux is a perfect example of this! The Lux is a plate reverb with two switchable modes, each with independent Mix and Decay. It can be subtle, or it can go on for minutes, it can be the cream on top of a good tone to add a little space, or it can be a massive wall of complex, dense ambience.
