This is the not only the first 1:3x level 9 exit but it also has absolutely no frame losses for the route.
This exit is ahead of the current world record by 1.484 seconds and it uses a unique strategy which involves inverting the plunger to achieve the death warp in level 9 to save about a second over the traditional plunger launch setup.
It's also worth noting that this run is only 8 frames behind the TAS exiting level 6. And I would say this is the most feasible early game route you could make for full game runs that maximizes time saved while not increasing difficulty by absurd margins.
