This is the finalized version of my 1.5 kW induction heater to complete the glass pulling project. Operating power for melting the glass tube is 300+ Watts and after stretching the inside diameter was around 100 microns, width of a human hair.
Schematics are included in the video. The 1st video clip is an overview of the hardware. The 2nd video clip is running the first test of the system and training the student to operate it. The 3rd clip is the student running the system himself
