1Meter Dragging Chain Test

1、Strip off each sample’s outer jacket of the tail ends by 40mm to 50mm and the insulation by 20mm； 2、Connect all insulated core wires in a series circuit and into a single line； 3、The core wires at both ends should be connected in a series circuit and soldered by soldering； 4、In order to prevent the joints from oxidizing and the structural parts from contacting each other, use insulating tape to wrap the joints； 5、Place the sample in the dragging chain machine as required； 6、Use cable ties to fix the sample on the drag chain. And in order to avoid unevenness, each cable is required to be consistent in terms of position； 7、Install the dragging chain with the sample on the machine； 8、Connect the sample to the resistance tester 9、9、The resistance tester continuously measures and records the resistance value 10、Set the number of runs, turn on the equipment, so that the drag chain can run as required
