Say you have 2 hours... what's the best way to spend it that clears your mind, brings you Joy and is good for your heart (exercise)? This video is a proposal but I also want to give people the option to voice their ideas.

1. gentle ride (green)
2. flowy jump ride (blue)
3. all out (black)
4. travel to a green ,blue, black track
5. gym
measurements are:
A. work out
B. Head clearing
C. FUN!
what did I miss, what else can I add to these? It will take a few weeks to plan this all out and I want to allow time for YOUR input so shoot me some ideas :D.
