All directions I found were very poor, so I made this video to help everyone out. The car is a 2012 suburu legacy. this procedure should work on 2011-2014's. Keys were $50 from amazon. Sending them off to someone on ebay to get laser cut for $30 for two keys.
This only programs the keyfob, it doesnt program the transponder key. for the transponder key, I think ill try to buy the vxdiag se, with suburu software. OR, ill try to read my working transponder, and buy/make a copy of my transponder chip and glue it into the new keys.
