So long story short, if you find yourself with this code, and have replaced the vent valve, and the CEL won’t clear, check your fuse, i believe it was #62, a 10am fuse. Then check your voltage at the vent valve, should be around 13 volts WITH the truck running. If you all goo there, your issue lies within the FPCM, having a malfunction with the self test.
