2020 Resource Fair & Climate Literacy Keynotes
Building Climate & Environmental Literacy: Partnerships and PD Teachers, scientists, and environmental & climate educators explore tool kits, lessons, inclusive and culturally relevant connections, data sources for local air, water, and other environmental indicators, distance & hybrid lessons and tools, and other resources for supporting K-12 science teaching and learning. Featured Keynote Speakers: Leena Bakshi of STEM4Real: Can Climate Change Be Racist? Dr. Leena Bakshi discusses how climate change adversely affects communities of color and the systems that are in place that allow for this disadvantage to occur.
