Bug: The "Lower" handle fails to interrupt the automatic 3 second reset routine that is triggered by shooting the target. This is inconsistent with the "Reset" handle which does interrupt the 3 second reset routine. The more desirable outcome would be for both handles to interrupt the automatic 3 second reset routine.
