The 2025 Early Years Fair Launch marks the start of the ECCD Council’s celebration of National Children’s Month. With the theme “Karapatan ng Bata sa Bawat Hakbang: Gabayan, Pangalagaan, Ipaglaban,” the event brings together partners, educators, parents, and ECCD stakeholders to uphold every child’s right to survival, protection, development, and participation. It also kicks off a month-long series of learning, play, and advocacy activities for the early years.
