The Public Libraries Survey (PLS) opened on February 1 and will run until March 31. This survey is conducted annually and is the primary information resource for data on public libraries nationwide. In North Dakota, it is also a requirement for public libraries to qualify for State Aid and to meet the minimum requirements to be eligible for Library Vision Grants.
