2025 User Workshop – 1.6 – IEDB Analysis Resource Overview

Day 1, Session 6: High-level summary of features offered by the Next-Generation Tools and Analysis Resource, presented by Dr. Bjoern Peters, IEDB Co-Principal Investigator. Slides available for download on our website - https://discuss.iedb.org/t/2025-iedb-virtual-user-workshop-presentations/259 Event Background: Our team holds an annual user workshop to which we invite both those new to the IEDB as well as experienced users wanting to better understand and utilize this resource. The workshop is a great opportunity to learn about all the features of the IEDB database and tools, and to have your research questions answered. Following the success of the virtual user workshops in 2020-2024, the IEDB hosted a 3-day virtual workshop in 2025 with over 630 registrations. Day 1 covered an overview of the IEDB curation process, database structure, and content. Day 2 explored the Next-Generation Tools and Analysis Resource, and day 3 covered specialized topics such as the Cancer Epitope Database and Analysis Resource (CEDAR) and the Los Alamos National Labs HIV Databases and Tools.
