On April 25, 2026, the City of Houston Office of Emergency Management hosted the inaugural READY365 event at the George R. Brown Plaza in Downtown Houston.
Coordinated in conjunction with VIP Sponsor CenterPoint Energy Foundation and Houston First, READY365 was a day of family-fun and education. From the First Responder "Touch-a-Truck" interactive experience to the dozens of government and non-profit outreach booths, the 2000+ attendees received helpful information to stay safe for any kind of emergency all year round.
