20MIN HIIT TABATA WORKOUT
We are excited to introduce this workout as part of our ‘Train With Trenic’ Series. This workout consists of 5 exercise combinations which are repeat over a 4minute period. Each combination consists of 2 excises detailed below; COMBINATION 1 Full Squats Squat pulses COMBINATION 2 Walkouts Pike press-ups COMBINATION 3 Lunge into leg raise (R) Lunge into leg raise (L) COMBINATION 4 V Sit-ups Scissor kicks COMBINATION 5 Squat jumps (narrow to wide) Mountain climbers Both exercises is the combination are repeated 4 times with a 20:10 exercise to rest ratio. This is a high impact/high intensity workout so please remember to warm up fully before partaking in the session. Exercises can be easily adapted to accommodate injuries.
