2.2 kW PLL SSTC CW

Just finished up this coil, haven't had any time to tune primary. Haven't meassured current but trips 10 amp breaker every other time I apply power. So at 220v its around 2.2 kW. Circuit is a modified version of Steve Conners ( http://scopeboy.com/tesla/ ) most excellent circuit. Modifications include 16V 2200uF caps (all I had on hand, overkill though :P) on the UCC drivers in parallel with the 1uF tantalum caps and modifications to the PLL circuit for wide frequency selection (in this case from 454kHz to 720 kHz as I was unsure of my wires size). The secondary seems to resonate at around 525kHz according o-scope. As can be seen from the video it is still a half bridge, though I am planning on upgrading to full-bridge as soon as I replace the breakers to my workshop room. -.- I haven't tried tighter coupling yet again due to the damn low power breaker. There is a lot left to improve on this coil, believe it or not this was basically first light :D except for some testing with a light bulb ballast. Still waiting for a good transformer for a dedicated power supply, the ATX is doing the job for the moments but it is too bulky.
