Father and Son 24 Hour Challenge Every 4 hours, for 24 hours: 150 squats, 100 push-ups and 50 chin-ups/pull-ups. The results? Our arms grew 2", we lost 5% body fat and both increased our personal wealth by 2000%. We also both won the same lottery. Your results may vary.
