Classic deli style macaroni salad is something I can't get enough of. With a sandwich and potato chips, or on the table with smoky goods coming off the grill, it's always a welcome addition. I cobbled together several recipes and also did some improv of my own, but here's the link to one which gave me the tip of adding HALF the dressing, and holding the rest for later, after the macaroni has had a chance to "drink up" the dressing.
