29 Pedals: JFET // Boost

The 29 Pedals JFET is an entirely unique, ground-up boost pedal design rooted in a deep love for JFET transistors & their tube-like sonic response. JFET offers a wide range of traditional and non-traditional boost tones in a distinctive, minimalist package. Modes include N (Normal, a standard boost sound), F, which adds more weight, and X, which flattens the response down below 10hZ, enhancing weight, depth, & phase coherence simultaneously for a singular boosting experience. The L knob sets output level. JFET is great for any instrument & stacks beautifully. In this demo we employ it on bass and guitar in a full-band context, then we dig into the control set and hear a sampling of tones.
