Some great foot work and hand work in this tack. Look at the slow mo and see if you can copy. Nice squeeze on the main going into the tack. Great foot work from the crew but needs to find the hook first time. Nice of the helm not to try to hand the main out till he is sorted. Normally the helm wouldn't swop hands before the mainsheet hand over. Great team work.
