A cannonball is launched from a cannon at ground level with initial speed 150 m/s. The cannon is tilted at an angle of 35° above the ground. Let the positive y-axis point upward and the positive x-axis point to the right along the horizontal. a) Draw a sketch of the problem, showing the cannon, the ground, the x and y axes, and the trajectory of the cannonball. b) Calculate the x and y components of the cannonball's initial velocity. c) Calculate the time t required for the cannonball to reach its maximum height. d) Find the maximum height. e) Calculate how long it takes the cannonball to hit the ground. f) Find out how far the cannonball travels horizontally.
