An introduction to 2D NMR techniques. After a little refresher on 1D NMR, we dive into some of the basics on what 2D NMR is, and how we take 2D NMR experiments. Then we practice reading 2D spectra, and look at some simple examples for three different 2D NMR techniques: COSY, HSQC, and HMBC.
