MetAnalyzer is the flagship module of MSOne that performs deep learning-enabled pre-processing of raw data. The workflow involves centroiding and noise filtering, peak detection, peak grouping and alignment across samples, feature tagging, and metabolite annotation. It also provides the functionality to visualize the processed data, manually annotate the unannotated metabolites, manually adjust peak boundaries, and generate reports (.csv and .pdf).
