3 Tarp Set-ups without trees
3 Tarp Set-up without Trees In this video I want to show three simple and easy ways you can set-up a tarp shelter without trees. With just a tarp, stakes, paracord and two treeking poles you can set up great shelters. If your bushcraft tours ever take you out of the bushes and above the treeline, these easy set-ups can come in handy. The first shelter is an easy lean-to shelter. With this set-up I am using the 2 x 3m heavy duty Defender Tarp by AquaQuest. This tarp is absolutly waterproof and has up to 20 tieout points. The second shelter is your typical a-frame. This set-up was also made with the AquaQuest tarp. The third shelter is a tent set-up. With this set-up i used the 2,9 x 3m superlight tarp from DD hammocks. Coming in at just 460 gramms (16.2 oz) it is indeed superlight. These set-ups are all really simple and with just a bit of practice can be set-up in under 5 minutes. I hope you enjoy my video. Please leave a like if you got any value out of it. Tarps used in this video: Tarp 1: Defender Tarp - Medium (9ft 6in x 6ft 7in ) by AquaQuest Tarp 2: DD SuperLight Tarp by DD Hammocks
