3D Pixel LED Controller | Wave Animation

3D Pixel LED RGB drape light always brings great visual effects in both Indoor & Outdoor Lighting show. The technology behind the light show, play the major role. We have simplified it with some variants. Our 3D Pixel L.E.D Animation Controller available in 3 variant. 1. Virtual 3d Script player. It is the most economical, mostly used in Ceiling decoration for building and road. 2. DMX User Controlled. It is mostly used in DJ, Night Club, TV studio and stage program. 3. ArtNET (Ethernet to DMX Bridge) use third party application software like MADRIX. We will provide more details about them, in near upcoming videos. This video is a demonstration video based on 3D Pixel LED Driver played by, Virtual 3d Script master controller. Used Devices: • 1 x Master Controller (1U). • 4 x DMX-RDM Pixel Driver (E801 Pixel LED Driver) • 40 x Pixel WS2811 Strip in 10 (Strips) x 4 (Row) x 12(Pixel Height). 3D Master Controller (1U/Script Player/Sender): Specification: • Single DMX Port. • Maximum 512 DMX Channel (1 x Universe). • Maximum 256 number of Vertical Pixel LED strips. 3D Master Controller (2U/Script Player/Sender): Specification: • 2 x DMX Port. • Maximum 1024 DMX Channel (2 x Universe). • Maximum 512 number of Vertical Pixel LED strips. 3D Master Controller (4U/Script Player/Sender): Specification: • 4 x DMX Port. • Maximum 2048 DMX Channel (4 x Universe). • Maximum 1024 number of Vertical Pixel LED strips. Note: Please Select Master Controller 1U/2U/4U as per your requirement. Example: In this video Total 10 x 4 = 40 Vertical Pixel strip (40 x 2 = 80 DMX Channel) used. So Master Controller (1U, Max. 512 Channel Capacity) is enough to drive all these Pixel Strip. DMX-RDM Pixel Driver (E801 Pixel LED Driver as Slave/Receiver): Specification: • Maximum 32 Vertical Pixel LED strip of height 3-feet. • Each Vertical Pixel LED strip Occupies 2 x DMX Channel. • Maximum 12 number of 3-inch WS2811 Pixel LEDs per strip (3-feet). • Maximum 8 number of 5-inch WS2811 Pixel LEDs per strip (3-feet). Status Indication: • NO SIGNAL // LED STATUS ALWAYS ON. • UNKNOWN DATA PACKET ERROR // LED DOUBLE FLASHING. (Defect Connectivity). • RX FRAME DROPPED ERROR // LED TRIPLE FLASHING. (Master Controller not properly configured or excess data not handled by driver or Data overload). • RX NOISE ERROR // LED QUAD FLASHING. (Cable length too high or not properly terminated). Author Note: The main motivation for this project was to make Indian Product and in comparison to existing products, to decrease the hardware cost. So this nice & cool looking lighting can be used by everyone. With some tricks we have managed to decrease hardware cost by (more than) 60%. For example, using only a single Universe (512 DMX Channel) we can control 256 (strip) x 12pixel (Height) [2 Channel or Footprint per tube/strip]. But in actual if we go with the traditional way, we had to use 256 x 12 x 3(RGB): 9216 Channels. which is equals to 18 Universe. Also, you don’t have to use any additional software to play the show. So the final setup is very cost effective. Editing this video was more difficult than writing algorithm/code for this project. Hope you have enjoyed the 3D animated pixel LED light.
