Finally done! I finished my CNC router and I created a video about it. All plastic parts are 3D printed from PLA or ASA.
I wanted try to make a rigid construction, but in a cheap design. So I made a custom supported rods. Every alluminium supported pipe is laying on five 3D printed bridges. Every "bridge" have two holes, drilled thru and have M3 thread to connect to AL profile. All is very preciselly measured, positioned (by using 3D printed template) and screwed.
It was difficult, but the result is quite satisfactory. It took me about six months to build this machine, but it was fun and inspiration. Enjoy!
