Making a 3D-Printed Stencil/other for SMD Pad's on a PCB is very easy. It can be done in different ways - this Video shows doing it in ORCA-Slicer (Official version). ORCA can perform the Boolean Subtraction of the Pad's from the Solid-Stencil, in one-fell-swoop! I show using the Mask-Layer SVG, plotted from Kicad (because I put a Location/Alignment Pin on the PCB that does Not have the Pin's SMD Pad so, it's not included in the Paste-Layer, thus, I'll use the Mask-Layer). There are other ways to make Stencils but, this is a very easy-to-do approach. Printed using a generic PLA *Prepatory Note(s):* • I just grabbed several SMD parts from Kicad's Library... some Small, some Large • Best to use Textured Print-Bed (keeps the Print in place without adhesive/other) • Can make the Stencil as thin as 0.08mm (using Orca's Adaptive Layer feature) but, best to use 0.2+ to ensure Quality and Trouble-Free process • Fine Pitch SMD pads/etc... Be reasonable about expectations thus, prefer using larger Pad's and Pitch's - the result will be very good • Use a Small Diameter Nozzle; I used 0.25mm Nozzle
