The robot replica is constructed out of 310 individual printed parts, and contains 7 micro-servo motors to articulate the arms, neck and head. All parts were designed in Solidworks, and then 3D printed in PLA plastic using a Prusa i3 clone. Two geared 12V DC motors are used to power the wheels. The motors are all controlled by an Arduino Uno, which in turn is connected to a Raspberry Pi. The robot can be controlled over WiFi using a web interface. For a more detailed description of the robot, take a look at my website: https://wired.chillibasket.com/3d-printed-wall-e/ I have uploaded all the 3D design files used to make the robot on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3703555 The Arduino and Raspberry Pi code is available on GitHub: https://github.com/chillibasket/walle-replica
