People say 3D printers can't be CNC routers...HA FOOLS! In today's video we are using a cheap Creality CR-10 3D printer to cut things from wood and acrylic. By using a big brushless motor from a RC car, a speed controller and a power supply salvaged from an old 3D printer, it cut objects that would require a CNC worth $$$. It was going to be built from 4 large pieces of MDF and 3 equally big acrylic pieces. Each piece have a cutting time of almost 2 hours! The time it takes to cut objects is what makes this a pretty crappy CNC... I then finished off with some oil and attached LED lights under the base. LIT!
