This is a Tutorial which shows how to use the module T1 & ECV Mapping in 3D Slicer. This module takes advantage of the physical properties of the Look Locker (LL) sequence to find the cardiac T1 Mapping. When the Native and late contrast-enhanced (Enhanced) T1 Mapping are created and the hematocrit value is known, the module allows the creation of the Extracellular Volume (ECV) map.
