This is a test of the Rolling Shutter of the Alexa 65. It is a follow up to the previous 3DE RS test of the Alexa XT.

Almost all professional CMOS digital cinema cameras exhibit slight rolling shutter artifacts, including Arriflex Alexa (unless there is a global shutter, rare).
This Alexa 65 was tested Open Gate, 24 fps, 172.8°. 3D Equalizer determined the Rolling Shutter time shift to be .0156 seconds, which is similar to the Alexa XT value. RS values will vary with different fps, shutter angle and resolution settings.
