4 B's of Self-Control

In this Video, Dance/ Creative Mov/ Yoga & Mindfulness Teaching Artist Jennifer Puig, shares an easy 4 step process created by Rena Kornblum, which aims to assist individuals who engage in it, "self- control" and a "calmed state". The 4 B's of Self Control is a wonderful Self-regulation tool and it is made for EVERYONE! Jennifer aims to provide Best Inclusive Practices in the Arts Field, and hopes that everyone can feel connected and included. Through the Universal Movement Education Online Platform, Teaching Artist Jennifer Puig intends to create an online space where Teaching Artists, Classroom Teachers, Students, Parents, Professionals in the Education Field, as well as anyone who is interested in learning how the Arts is used for Learning and Well Being – can have access to Instructional Videos online of Best Inclusive Practices in the Arts Field of Dance, Movement, Music, Yoga and Education.
