45 Minute Step & Strength
This workout includes about 35 minutes of step followed by 10 minutes of toning. I actually spliced the strength portion from another workout that is not on this channel, so you’ll notice an outfit change he he. The step portion has double knees, some vertical floater knees and a medley of intermediate variations you can try. The strength portion is mostly upper body focused.
Have fun, grab some weights and get busy stepping and strengthening.
