Daddy D-Funk Makes a Brief Public Appearance
Happy 4th of July everybody! I hope you all have a fun and safe holiday. But before I get to enjoy some great food today, nothing like getting in a quick workout in the morning. You just need a quick 2-3 minute warm up, then 10 up and back hurdles. (NOTE: I made them from my favorite workout tool, PVC pipe, they are: 6”; 12”; & 18”).
