Lying comfortably with your head supported
Knees bent and feet flat on the floor
Inhale through your nose
Into the sides of your rib cage
Exhale lift your pelvic floor and front and back passages
Now lift your leg into a 90 / 90 position table-top
Keep your pelvic floor engaged as you inhale
Exhale lift your pelvic floor
Lower your foot
Relax and repeat on the opposite side
