5k PB Run | Rower 100kg+ | #38

Hello Youtubers! Welcome to another episode. Today we are on the land with another good day of training. We start off on the rowing machine with a solid effort and the fastest steady work of the season so far. HR avg 135 and split of 1:49.7 means the fitness is pushing on well! Second session was a 5k run, mostly on the parkrun course at Strathclyde park. We are running in our program because we do have running as part of Beach Sprints. As the name suggests it is more "sprinting" than running but the mehcanics and muscles will still benefit, especially as we are still in winter training! Ended up with technically a PB on the 5k, at above 100kg I am never going to have the fastest running times but pleased to make a big impact on the last time we did this at the end of last year.
