Video starts at city sewer main and is televised back to cleanout on right side of garage. The piping from the city main to the lateral is broken and in need of repair it can be observed at 16 seconds into video and 48 seconds. A possible cleanout was observed at 67' and located just beyond driveway and a orange flag placed in approximate location.
