#7 Connect Node.js to PostgreSQL with pg-promise
In this video, we connect a Node.js application to our local PostgreSQL database using pg-promise and environment variables with .env. We also use Codex inside VS Code to help generate database connection code, seed scripts, test queries, and npm run commands to interact with the database. This is the point where our development environment starts becoming a real backend application workflow.
