7- Eigenfunctions of Orbital Angular Operators (Spherical Harmonics)

An easier derivation of spherical harmonics is presented by using OAM raising and lowering operators. The normalization condition for spherical harmonics and solid angle is also discussed. At the end, interpretation of several examples and application in understanding s, px, py, and pz orbitals are also provided.
