7 years | OC animatic

*gasp * An animatic? That's longer than a minute??? I know, crazy. The character inconsistency is just.... yikes. ANYWAYS! This is took forever! Was it worth as much time as I gave it? Nope! But I'm happy I made it. I hope you guys like it as much as I do. Premiere Pro kinda bugged out at this one part in the video so if the video looks weird at some point, that's why. Also, I had major art block at some points in the making of the video and the art did suffer from it. Sorry but you're gonna have to deal with that ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ Anyways the main girl in this is Shinrin Yōko ___________________________________ Song: 7 years by Lukas Graham (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LHCob76kigA) ___________________________________ Inspired by Sprout Haven Time taken: about 2 & 1/2 months 96 frames Programs used: Clip studio paint Premiere Pro explanation: the main person the animatic follows is Shinrin. She got bullied in school then was taken out when the bullying was taken too far and was homeschooled. Her father was a captain in the military at the time so he did basic self defense training with her and she decided to go into the military like her dad. That ended up in her becoming a captain as well at age 20 and died one year later after saving another soldier from a sniper. What hits hard is that the fight that happens before that scene is her arguing with her dad (the one ordering the mission) to not send them since it is most likely a trap (it was). The rest of the animatic is about her father dealing with what happened and blaming himself for her death.
